How to get good skin.

Stop buying products that you don’t know anything about, do you know what’s in them, where they are from and what they will do to your skin? and stop listening to every man and his dog about what’s best.

There’s a big difference between someone telling you there Skin is amazing because of A, B or C, and getting a proper consultation from a trained professional. Everyone’s skin is different, what’s right for them may not be right for you and you can do more damage than good.

When a skincare professional gives you advice on your skin they are looking at what YOUR skin cells need for it to operate the way it should. When you see skin issues it because the cellar function is not getting fed the right ingredients.

More is not always best and that is especially true when using products that have actives in them. Too high a potency or used too often can leave your skin seriously compromised. Good skincare and professional treatments are not expensive, but repairing damage is.

The number one thing you can do for yourself is to start by understanding that you are unique and if you are trying to achieve results with your skin, stop playing Russian roulette with treatments and products. Get a proper consultation from a trained professional who understands what the ingredients in the products are and how they will interact with YOUR skin.
