We offer different types of skin consultation for you to choose from.
Consultation Options
Skin Consultation $70. ( 30 minutes) This is a basic skin consultation, where we discuss what your skin goals are, what you are currently doing. We will then recommend treatments and products that will suit you. The cost of the consultation is redeemable on products with a minimum spend of $100.
Customised Facial $165 ( 75 minutes).
This is our most popular skin consult and first treatment option. Not only do you get the opportunity to discuss your skin goals and the problems you are currently having, but you also experience a treatment that is designed specifically to meet these goals. You will also be advised on what treatments would be best for you and what products you should be using as well as the information on how and when to use them. It’s a skin consult and a customised facial in one session. You will walk away confident on what you are doing to meet your skin goals.
Customised Facial & DNA test $225 (60 minutes )
This cheek-swab DNA test analyses your skin over various categories and gives you an insight into how your skin will age. Based on the results, you will know what treatments and products are best suited to your unique skin.
SEAL OF APPROVAL The DNA test is performed by an independent lab, and your results are confidential (with a unique number).
PREP FACTOR You need to fill out a questionnaire about your skin, and get a quick swab of the inside of your cheek.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT A few weeks after the DNA test, you will receive your report back. The consultant will give you a very though explanation of your results. You get a percentage result in five categories:
Firmness and elasticity, glycation (wrinkling and loss of skin tone), sun damage and pigmentation, free radical damage and sensitivity and inflammation.
Within each category your profile is further broken down into various genes that affect that overall category.
The facial treatment’s you have going forward will all be tailored to your skin and based on the scientific findings from the DNA test.
THE BENEFITS It's definitely eye-opening to see what's in your gene profile. This knowledge means you can treat your skin for its actual shortcomings, rather than just blindly trialling products. It's good to get a deeper diagnosis, because what you see on the surface is only the tip of the iceberg, and what you think about your own skin may be contradicted by the results. For example you may be wasting your time using firming products, because that part was your highest score.
Customised Facial $129 ( 60 minutes )
This facial will allow the therapist to understand what your skin goals are, what issues you are currently having and how you prioritise these issues. Based on the this feedback you will be given a basic facial to see how your skin reacts to the products and to ensure you are comfortable on how and when to use the recommended products.
Customised student Facial $69 (30 minutes )
This is a facial designed specifically for students and young people interested in the knowledge of what products to use, when to use them and how to use them. They will experience cleansing, hydrating, and skin protection. They will then have the knowledge on how best to care for their skin.
