Step 4: Moisturise

A good moisturiser replenishes the skin’s hydration levels and serves to protect the skin barrier

Step 5: Protect

The last step is to protect the skin from environmental agents that can cause premature ageing, such as the sun. Remember even in winter you need to wear an SPF
