Self Care Foot Reflexology for Stress & Anxiety

Try these reflexology reflexes if you suffer with stress & anxiety

Stress & anxiety, to varying levels is the most common problem my clients are dealing with.

It’s inevitable that stress will affect us all at some point. It often creeps up on us and can be felt both physically & mentally in the body. I think it’s so important to be mindful and recognise the first signs in yourself and others so you can reduce the hold it can have over your health & wellbeing.

Self Care Foot Reflexology for Stress & Anxiety

1. Apply a little foot cream or body moisturiser

2. Massage the ball of the foot, this will realise the chest & lung reflexes

3. In the centre of the foot under the ball of the foot gently hold and take a deep breath in, then press in and take a deep breath out- repeat this 3 times.

4. Starting with the big toe, massage the tips of each toe, this release the head & brain reflex.

5. Repeat on your other foot.
